day 1- dinner ------kind of -1730


training in two hours so this is more of a snack(as you can see)
3 chicken sticks
1 raw carrot
some almonds and pumkin seeds
3 sea kelp tabs
3 cod liver oils
ps
i just ate another chicken stick :-)
