my first big test

heading to captain americas tonight for aoifes birthday , im gonna stay strong though,
no sugar ,no starch ,no crap !!
its gonna be hard though :-(
at least i can have a glass of vino - which is paleo:-) get in there son!!

there'll be none of this though
