Day 2-breakfast

Breakfast on the go -
3 eggs fried in olive oil
5 pieces of streaky bacon
Half a fresh pineapple
One mandarin
A.tbl spoon.of milled flaxseed, walnut, and almond
3 sea kelp, 2 b12.
Double espresso

2 reasons not to eat fried eggs and bacon while driving down the motorway
A.  they're Slippy
B. THEY ARE REALLY HOT!!
Ouch!!
