day1-breakfast

Woke up at seven- coffee machine on(that's paleo right?)
3 boiled eggs-
150 grams of blueberries -
5 almonds,double espresso,
3 cod liver oil tabs
3 sea kelp tabs-(sea kelp is full of iodine, which is lacking in our diets, iodine stimulates the thyroid gland which is responsible for testosterone production, this increases the metabolism and burns more fat, it also helps greatly with recovery and increases positive adaptation to exercise,BOOM! Get it down ye
