Lunch 1330

Celery
Red pepper
Cucumbers
Baby tomatoes
Grated carrot
Green olives
rocket
Sundried tomatoes
Diced chicken breast,
No time to get coffee :-(
Banana
Mandarin

I was chatting to a girl earlier about the paleo diet, and she was like"ah yeah I heard about them low Carb diets, their dangerous aren't they"
This is a classic misconception,
The paleo style of eating is not a no/low Carb diet!
It is low Carb in comparison to the insane amount of starch and sugar recommended by an bord bia and their global counterparts. Fruit and salad have carbs aplenty for humans to survive, if they didn't - we wouldn't be here cos cavemen wouldn't have made it out of the Paleolithic era!

Simple as that

Eat well, live happy, do as yuk yuk would ;-)
