Day 4 a lunch that would make yuk yuk proud - 1345

The wonders of the modern oven,  stick a pork steak in there,  go to bed, and its cooked to perfection when you wake up!! Beautiful.
Yuk yuk never had this in his day :-)
Lunch was :
6 juicy medallions of pork steak
4 sticks of celery
2 carrots
2 mandarins
2 sea kelp
