day 1-luncheon

gym at 1200- Tabata mash up of 70 kilo deadlifts and squats. plus 5 setsof Max hold l-sits painfest!
Post work out meal- big hairy salad consisting of: cucumbers rocket,tomatoes,grated carrot,olives,sundries tomatoes(yes they're paleo,I asked yuk yuk)
Topped off with a delicious seafood mix(muscles,cockles, squid,crab)that my better half picked up in superquiñn for 2 euro! Legend.
3 more sea kelp to top it all off
And of course, a cup of liquid gold.:-)
