paleo man date!! its purely plutonic i swear

 my good friend christy was feeling rather stressed with work today ,as i was off early , i whisked him off for a paleo man date to the fish market in howth,   he was rather moody when i picked him up ,but a trip into this tasty little seafood tapa's  bar cheered him right up-- check out his little face :)
where we ran into the lovely jo dunne (holler) ,
the tapas bar is called octopussy (he he),
definitely recommend it to any  budding paleo warrior,
got chicken wings and beautiful prawns in chilli and coriander - amazing


then we went to the fish market and i got a shit load of beautiful , fresh fish and prawns for 26 euro
i got:

• 1/2 kilo of gambas(prawns)
• 4 big seabass fillets \
• 3 huge salmon tails
•                                                      and a kilo of sardines     -- a whopper haul- get your ass up to howth sons !!
