day 10-food log

breakfast- 
sea bass filet with a fruit salad(strawberries, blueberries and mandarin) and some mixed seeds.
then lunch was another sea bass fillet and a salad with broccoli carrot tomatoes and olives and an apple
when i got home at 5 i had a bowl of  mussels and some beef stir fry ,
then after training i had a chicken fillet and two large mushrooms with garlic on them
